Applicants to this program must complete the application procedures. Additionally, applicants must present official documentation of a high school diploma, in accordance with State Board policy, or GED.
Program Certification
Computer Information Systems (CIS) is a Pearson VE (Virtual University Enterprises) Testing Center which provides on-site, on-demand testing for industry standard Information Technology (IT) certifications and other select professional licensure. CIS currently offers a variety of courses that can lead to industry certifications such as CompTIA’s A+, Network +, and Security +. Classes can also lead to several Microsoft certifications that include Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified System Administrator of Windows Server 2003, and Microsoft Office Specialist.
