What is R.O.A.R. Day?
ROAR (Reid Orientation, Advising and Registration) Day gives you everything you need to start strong. You will:
Learn about important college policies and procedures
Take a campus tour
Meet your academic advisor
Review your degree plan
Build your class schedule and register for the semester
Connect with a team that’s here to support you
All first-time freshmen are highly recommended to attend a ROAR Day.
Before You ROAR...
To make the most of your orientation, be sure to complete the following:
Submit your official transcripts (high school or GED and any previous colleges)
Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (F.A.F.S.A.)
Take the Accuplacer Test if required

All sessions are held at the Edith A. Gray Library.
May 28, 2025 (Athletes only) from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m.
June 25, 2025 from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m.
July 16, 2025 from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 to 3:30 p.m.
