The Online Graduation Application is open from, June 21, 2022, through July 1, 2022, via your MY RSTC portal.

Before completing the online application, students should consult with their academic advisor to ensure that all course requirements to complete their degree or certificate for the Summer 2022 semester have been met. Students who have applied for graduation during prior semesters and did not meet the graduation requirements will be required to complete a new online graduation application.

Students should complete an online Graduation Application at the beginning of their last semester of enrollment with Reid State Technical College

Before completing the online application, you should consult with your academic advisor to verify which courses are needed to complete your degree requirements. For additional questions about degree requirements, please see the RSTC Catalog.

Please fill out the application completely. If there are discrepancies with the information listed, please contact the Registrar’s Office or your academic advisor for assistance.

It is your responsibility to notify the Admissions Office if your local mailing address changes after you have submitted your application for a degree.

It is the prospective graduate’s responsibility to ensure that all financial obligations to Reid State Technical College have been met. Students can monitor any updates via their My RSTC Portal. Students with any financial Holds will NOT receive their degree or certificate.

If you do not take, pass, or receive a grade in a course(s) indicated on your Degree Plan, your degree/certificate will not be awarded. Please check with your academic advisor to discuss your options.

If all degree requirements are not met at the end of the semester in which a student applies for graduation, students will be required to submit another online graduation application.

Graduation Application Process

1. Go to www.rstc.edu

2. Click on MY RSTC

3. Log into your student account

4. Near the top of the page, click on the Student Tab.

5. Under the Student Section, click on My Degree.

6. Under the My Degree Section, click on Apply to Graduate.
